CoNtrol (28-0-0) is a superior controlled release nitrogen fertiliser. It is designed for foliar application in turf grass, ornamentals and trees. Slow release nitrogen in the form of methylene urea polymers constitute 68% of the total nitrogen in CoNtrol. Low phytotoxicity - CoNtrol has a very low salt index and is safer for the plants leaves, roots and the health of the soil.

 

Controlled release - feeds the crop gradually by foliar application for up to 6 weeks and avoids harmful flush growth. CoNtrol will also release nitrogen gradually if applied to the soil with a release time of 10-12 weeks, depending on depth of application and climate.

 

Resinous quality - adheres to the leaf for foliar absorption.

 

Humectant quality - remains in liquid phase on the leaf. This is far more beneficial for the plant to absorb compared to high salt index fertilisers which will readily dry out and crystalise on the leaf.

Environmental Concerns - nitrogen losses from leaching and volatilisation are almost eliminated due to physical properties of CoNtrol and the rapid foliar uptake by the plant.
